Have you ever been to a therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist before? If so, were they helpful to you? Yes… I’ve had 3 psychiatrists and 1 psychologist. The first psychiatrist was part of an experiment with anti-depressants for kids. That didn’t work at all. The second gave me meds but they didn’t work. I just stopped seeing the psychologist regularly but I still see the newest psychiatrist so I can keep taking meds. They work well enough and I’m surviving… No more suicide attempts that is…
